Looking for your next big challenge? If you’re passionate about church and ready to level up, ECC Philippines wants you on the team! We are looking for passionate volunteers to back up our church workers and make a real difference in communities across the country.

Don’t worry about being thrown into the deep end, either—we will fully train and equip you for your specific role. Here is how you can pull up and make a lasting impact:

• • • Training Facilitator: Get equipped to train others in church planting, disciple-making, and leadership development. You’ll be helping others build strong foundations.

    • Church Multiplication Facilitator (CMF): Become a vision-sharer. You’ll connect with different churches and pastors, building a united front to reach every corner of your community, city, or province.

    • Coach: Be the ultimate hype-man and mentor. You’ll walk alongside others, helping them unlock their full potential in both life and leadership.

Why ECC PH?

We are a non-profit organization dedicated to working alongside churches, associations, and faith organizations. Our entire focus is on church multiplication, disciple-making, and building up the next generation of leaders.
