biblically based teams in more than 50 countries. We work in deep partnership with local denominations and church associations to ignite church planting movements\u2014cultivating healthy, growing churches that naturally multiply.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"3\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"4\">These joint ventures are firmly <b data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"32\">committed to training the trainers<\/b> in 12 core church multiplication principles across the 4 vital levels of church planting:<\/p><ol><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ol><li><p data-path-to-node=\"5,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Pioneer Evangelism<\/b><\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"5,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><\/b><b data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Church Planting<\/b><\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"5,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Church Multiplication<\/b><\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"5,3,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Saturation Church Planting<\/b><\/p><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><p data-path-to-node=\"8\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"8\">In the Philippines, ECC partners with local churches, denominations, organizations, and ministerial associations. Our heartbeat is <b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"131\">Train and Multiply (T&amp;M)<\/b>\u2014a dynamic method used for leadership training and rapid church multiplication.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"8\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"9\">Our history runs deep. Beginning in the 1980s, ECC worked exclusively with one denomination, the <b data-path-to-node=\"9\" data-index-in-node=\"97\">Faith Evangelical Church of the Philippines (FECPI)<\/b>, planting churches to strengthen their network.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"9\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"10\">However, the early 2000s brought a holy discontent. As ECC explored the vast potential of church planting movements, a bigger vision took hold: <i data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"144\">to plant churches throughout the entire Philippine archipelago.<\/i> This vision was simply too massive for just one denomination to carry alone. Seeing the immense need of under-resourced churches across various provinces, ECC proposed a beautiful shift\u2014sharing our resources, training, and tools beyond FECPI to foster and empower other churches nationwide.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"4\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"13\">In 2013, ECC took a strategic leap forward, launching systematic training for its paid workers in <b data-path-to-node=\"13\" data-index-in-node=\"98\">T&amp;M Launch and Develop<\/b>, basic coaching, and interactive adult learning design and facilitation.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"13\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"14\">The results have been transformative. Today, we have grown to the <b data-path-to-node=\"14\" data-index-in-node=\"66\">fourth generation of T&amp;M trainers<\/b>. By empowering the body of Christ, we have successfully scaled up to <b data-path-to-node=\"14\" data-index-in-node=\"169\">over 120 passionately active lay leaders<\/b> while intentionally reducing our reliance on full-time paid staff.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"14\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"15\">Through this movement, we have developed a thriving <b data-path-to-node=\"15\" data-index-in-node=\"52\">Value Adding Network (VAN)<\/b>, partnering with diverse churches and denominations to provide T&amp;M training and help them expand their own networks.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"15\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"18\">ECC currently boasts a strong ministry presence in four critical geographical areas: <b data-path-to-node=\"18\" data-index-in-node=\"85\">Tarlac, Pangasinan, Leyte, and West Samar.<\/b><\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"18\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"19\">Our model is proven in the crucible of crisis. After Typhoon Yolanda devastated Tacloban in November 2013, ECC immediately deployed a team to aid in recovery. In less than three years, that response blossomed into:<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li><p data-path-to-node=\"20,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"20,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">11 new worshipping groups<\/b><\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"20,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"20,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">14 trained lay leaders<\/b><\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"20,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"20,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">5 qualified T&amp;M trainers<\/b><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p data-path-to-node=\"19\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"19\">Beyond local communities, our impact reaches the next generation and the global stage:<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li><p data-path-to-node=\"22,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"22,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Campus Ministry:<\/b> We sustain a vibrant student ministry at <b data-path-to-node=\"22,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"58\">Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University<\/b>, developing student group leaders into the 3rd and 4th generations, while aggressively expanding into other campuses within our target areas.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"22,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"22,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Global Coaching:<\/b> Our influence extends beyond borders, as we actively train and coach ministry leaders in <b data-path-to-node=\"22,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"106\">Israel and Malaysia<\/b>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p data-path-to-node=\"19\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"25\">Officially registered as a legal entity under the Securities and Exchange Commission in <b data-path-to-node=\"25\" data-index-in-node=\"88\">October 2018<\/b>, ECC in the Philippines is fully equipped, mature, and positioned for the future.
