When you join the Mindoro team, you help them expand their capacity for generational and demographic mapping. Instead of trying to send outsiders up the mountains every week, you’ll be working with the team to find and equip indigenous leaders within the target villages themselves, helping the existing team turn a massive mission field into a self-sustaining local movement.
